Features of Powder Metallurgy Parts     Advantages of Sintering machine parts: 1:Varied alloy system: Can produce refractory metal and composite material. 2:Porosity: Self-lubrication after oil impregnated. 3:Economy:Can be eliminated machining process and forming complex parts directly. The function of mixing is for the raw material distribution equally to avoid segregation. Compacting Raw material: iron powder, alloy powder,stainless steel powder, bronze powder,brass powder and so on. After pouring the raw material into the mold, the powder will become a green part by compacting process Sintering The powder of green part will be diffused and unified by sintering of the high temperature (1,120 ℃). Sizing After sizing, the parts can increase precision of dimension and reduce the surfaceroughness (for example the self lubricating bearing and the cylinder ofpneumatic tool...) Sand blasting The process of sand blasting can removes the burrs and clean the surface of the product. Vacuum oil impregnation The vacuum oil impregnation is use the principle of pulls out of air to enable the oil to enter the porosity of the products to increase the oil content, Usually be used in bushes. Tumbling The process of tumbling can carry on the product polish and de-burrs by the vibration and friction between products and millstones. Steam Treatment The steam treatment is use steam with over 560 °C temperature to produce the loadstone on the surface of products to increase resistance of corrosion and friction.
